Engineering Manager, Data Infrastructure Responsibilities
  • Be both highly technical and an effective people manager in an infrastructure domain
  • Lead multiple teams that deliver on multiple projects of increasing dependencies in an ambiguous and high-impact area
  • Drive roadmap creation and execution
  • Collaborate with various functions, drive engineering initiatives and have an impact at an organisational level
  • Measure the impact of your team and set clear expectations and goals
  • Work with your team and XFN partners to define and influence strategy, set and achieve ambitious goals
  • Partner with leadership to influence and drive org design, contribution and prioritization
Minimum Qualifications
  • BS/MS with 13-15 years industry experience and 7 years of management experience, must have managed managers
  • Experience running services and/or infrastructure
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting critical services
  • Experience with real time systems, distributed systems, stream processing
  • Experience with machine learning
