The Marketing Insights Programs team builds global programs that power the Insights function and grow the researcher community. Marketing Insights Program managers provide structure and efficiency by identifying needs and opportunities, building strategic systems, championing culture, and advocating for insights through cross functional partnerships to achieve strong long-lasting outcomes. The Research Programs Manager, People Pillar will design and implement programs that help our talented teams operate at their highest and most effective level. This Program Manager will identify strategic opportunities, design effective programming, and manage implementation across three areas: 1) Research Excellence (Design and implement programming that helps researchers respond to evolving business needs, leverage best practices, ensure policy compliance) 2) Career Clarity (Develop tools and programming that drive expectation transparency and proactive career planning. Develop new researcher onboarding strategy, tools, and resources to ensure seamless and successful integration). 3) Insights Community (Enhance collaboration and culture through programs that promote inclusivity and recognition).
Research Program Manager, Research Excellence Responsibilities
  • Analyze Marketing Insights emerging opportunities and skill gaps and prioritize key issues and opportunities
  • Engage, partner, and collaborate with research team members and leadership to proactively identify opportunities to leverage programming to radically improve the effectiveness of our research and impact of our team
  • Demonstrate best-in-class internal communications execution that others will replicate
  • Move initiatives forward, find resources, raise concerns to appropriate owners early and resolve open issues that prevent progress
  • Contribute to overall Marketing Insights Program infrastructure, updating processes and tools and initiating improvements where needed
  • Develop and manage trusted, cooperative relationship with cross-functional partners
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or higher
  • 8+ years of market research experience
  • 5+ years of strategic-focused experience in program management/organizational behavior, L&D, and/or operations
  • Experience identifying pain points and opportunities, designing and implementing strategic programs that yield business results, and scaling operations in a business context
  • Experience leveraging communications to influence horizontally, cross functionally, and among executives
  • Experience applying organized/structured approach to managing complex logistics
  • Experience building cross functional relationships and leading collaborations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with marketing teams
  • Experience/training in organizational behavior
  • Experience working in or with large, fast-paced organizations with frequent cross functional collaboration
  • Vendor management experience
  • Experience working on research in-house (vs agency)
  • Experience leading learning and development trainings, coaching sessions

$116,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits.
