Meta is seeking a Project Manager on the Recruiting Services and Operations team to assist with high priority projects. This position will play a key role in solving ambiguous problems across recruiting in Meta and partner with stakeholders across recruiting, business, analytics & product to identify gaps, surface findings, and influence the changes needed to fix them in the short & long-term. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
Project Manager, Recruiting Services and Operations Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution - Ability to Develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate with multiple cross functional teams, ensure adherence to timelines and track impact.
  • Stakeholder cross-functional Management - Establish rapport with key stakeholders and ensure project expectations are managed effectively through efficient communication & planning.
  • Risk Management - Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success, develop & implement mitigation strategies.
  • Quality Assurance - Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements, implement quality assurance processes to maintain project quality.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, English or related field
  • Experience influencing without authority skills and negotiation skills
  • Experience efficiently manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Proven communication skills, this role will require the creation of content such as whitepapers and other written deliverables
  • Experience creating innovative solutions to solve real customer problems
  • Experience driving and managing multiple, competing priorities and projects with urgency in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is required
  • Experience in MS Excel Office (including advanced functions such as importing & exporting data, pivot tables, and macros)
  • Demonstrated experience presenting to executive leadership
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA
  • Experience with agile or other program management methodologies
  • Lean Six Sigma
  • Experience in a customer service organization

$116,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits.
